Feedback gevenI've been a loyal customer at this location for years, but I haven't visited in a while. Today, as soon as Monay, one of the employees, saw me walk in, she greeted me with a smile and said, "Hi! Your regular #7 is already in progress." I was amazed that she not only remembered my usual order but also knew that I prefer Swiss cheese over the provolone that usually comes on it. I couldn't believe she remembered the order of a customer who hadn't been there in several weeks—it truly made my day! By the way, your subs are the best around; no one compares to Jersey Mike's. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
Wow! This place is fully staffed with fantastic employees. The manager went above and beyond to accommodate my order and really took care of me! I can't thank you enough for providing such exceptional service, and I'm grateful for all of your friendly staff members. Make sure to visit this location for your sandwich or sub—you won't be disappointed!
The staff here are friendly and very accommodating. I ordered online but accidentally selected the wrong pickup time. When I arrived to see if I could get my order earlier, they had no problem accommodating me and quickly prepared my food. And by the way, the subs are fantastic too! My favorites are the Tuna and the Club Supreme.
I went into the restaurant to place an order for a Big Kahuna Steak sub. After driving 30 minutes to my office, I discovered that my order was incorrect. This is the second time this has happened in just a few weeks. I called the store to speak with the manager, and the woman on the phone told me I could bring the sub back for a refund or a replacement. I explained that I didn't want to waste any more time driving back and just wanted to report the issue—I had already thrown the sub away. When I asked why they couldn't manage to get a simple order right, she claimed they were understaffed. However, there were three employees present and only one other customer in the store at that time. When I pointed this out, she brusquely replied that they were very busy and then hung up on me. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with the food, service, and atmosphere: 1 star for each.
I wasn't sure what to expect, but I'm disappointed. I won't be returning. Food: 2, Service: 2, Atmosphere: 2.
