La Tolteca - Owings Mills

I have visited this restaurant twice and really like their vegan menu. I wish they had vegan cheese and sour cream, but it's great that they offer a vegan meat option. So far, I have tried the veggie tacos and the meat enchiladas, and I preferred the tacos. I found the meat to be dry and bland. The servers are very generous with the chips. The first time I went, they gave me a whole bag of fresh chips with some fresh salsa! The decor is adorable, with each booth having unique artwork.

When I first went, they gave me a whole bag with fresh chips to go with some fresh salsa! the decor is also super sweet. I love everyone has different artworks.

The Tacos are here FIRE!!! I go back and forth, and the prices are just great, best tacos I had in Maryland, if I'm honest, the service is not bad either. Give a 4 star just because the drinks are not the biggest or maybe what I ordered. But the mood here is great.

The food wasn't as good as other Mexican restaurants we protected. Tasted like food from containers. All alcohol-free drinks, lemon aid and Arnold Palmer's were made with water from the sink, unfiltered water. It had a bad taste. I give them a 2 star because the waitress was slow but good. We recognized at one point she was the only waitress there and she even ran the bar.

Our favorite place for Mexican food. Your Enchiladas are amazing! Great chips and salsa. I would recommend her fresh guacamole. It is definitely worth an order. The staff is friendly and the service is always good.
