Feedback gevenI visited the restaurant recently and had a frustrating experience. I was trying to use my app to access a discount and noticed I had a voucher for a free sandwich. I ordered a deli sandwich, but the manager informed me it was the wrong type. I was referring to the sandwiches that were already prepared, but she dismissed my request, insisting it was only for cold sandwiches. The customer service was poor; I was the only customer in the store, and the manager seemed more interested in avoiding interaction than assisting me. The only person who was friendly was Jerry. I'll be sharing my experience with my managers to emphasize the importance of good customer service, as this lady clearly did not want to be bothered. After a long 12-hour workday, I decided to pick up some chicken instead of cooking. However, my experience only got worse. When I ordered, the woman behind the counter, April, had an incredibly bad attitude. She yelled that the chicken would take 40 minutes and seemed outright hostile. It shocked me, and honestly, she shouldn’t be working there. I might need to consider going to a new location in the future.
I've visited this restaurant multiple times, and each time my food orders were missing something.
Royals Farms is just another common comfort food spot. I've been to so many of them that it usually doesn't warrant a review, but today I feel differently. Kiara was absolutely fantastic—she was a lifesaver! The food here stands out among the many Royals Farms locations I've visited. This was my first time at this particular spot, and it turned out to be a delightful experience. The staff made my food with genuine care, and it was truly remarkable. They were very customer-focused and professional.
This situation actually ran out of chicken on Sunday 9/19 at 2 o'clock. They had no chicken to cook in the store. I found out after waiting for my order for 20 minutes. They wanted to sell me a 9 piece of food, but I ordered a 12 piece. Luckily I looked at the bag and asked how many pieces. The lady said 9. I said, but you're loading me for 12. She said we don't have to cook anymore. Then I took my reception and asked for a refund. Thank you for getting my money back.
Every time I come to this location for hot food and Jeffrey is working. It?s a problem! Why have myself and others wait 30 yes 30 min for fresh chicken?he says it?s too old to serve but why wait til someone places a order before you start dipping the chicken in flour? A quick run down the road to royal farms should not have to turn into 45 min this is not the first time! He doesn?t even apologize for having you wait that long! He says stuff like ?we?re going to have fresh food? and try?s to make conversation with you. Sir, we just want our food! It?s covid anyway why you talking so much and over the food at that. Doesn?t switch gloves when going to the back and come back up front. It just seems like a pattern with him like he?s doing other things other than what he suppose to be doing. Last time he asked me what I ordered about 3 times because he so distracted from other things like isn?t our order on the board why don?t you know what I ordered. He needs to take more pride in his job it?s not fair to paying customers.
