The Tillery - Owings Mills

This one was strange. Our server came over apologized that he was being asked NOT to service any more tables/customers. We asked for mgmt. in order to get our check. Mgmt. comped our meal due to the time it took for us to get service to receive our check.

The servers are very nice and polite. Have no issue with them. My issue is with the length of time it takes to get food. This is my 3rd time at this establishment. Each time is the same. Waiting 20+ minutes for my meal. The restaurant is not packed, there are several empty tables. Why does it take it almost 30 minutes to be served a meal?? Since this has happened 3x in a row, I probably will not come back here again. Beautiful setting, nice ambiance, good servers, but the wait time for food diminishes everything!

Placing an order receiving your food is always super slow. The server always works the tables the bar. We return every 2-3 weeks because we like the ambience.

Great service Shawnte and the rest of the service team. Hostess need better training. A little rough but struggling polite. Training

We had a great dinner with amazing friends… there were not many people there on this particular night but our waiter was very attentive and so was the manager! the food was flawless… We’ll be back for sure!
