Coomera Lodge - Oxenford

Amazing customer service! The Maitre d was so welcoming (Jean I think). Found us a table and then checked we were happy where we were seated and if we knew how to order etc. The rest of the staff were fantastic. Brilliant atmosphere and food incredible!

Had our daughters 4th birthday party today and the services was fast, food was great and the staff were super friendly and accomodating. Shout out to Olivia who was awesome!

We had dinner tonight and eating was amazing. the service was incredible and the whole staff was wonderful. a special cry after kim, who was very friendly and accommodating. when we asked if it was possible that there were any internal tables, as it was cool outside, there was no one available, so she pulled us near a heating and even delivered a few cover. thank you, gim. it is people like them and the rest of the staff that let us and our families come back. the view of the sunset in the beer garden was amazing.

I cannot fault this place, the food and service is beyond expectations. Even when they are busy they give you a warning about wait time. The staff are so friendly but the bus driver.. Jeffrey.. Is next level.. his customer service is something like you will never get anywhere else, he genuinely cares about the people that come into this pub. Ever since the new renovated lodge opened I have been here most weekends and don’t have a single bad word to say about them. Service, food and atmosphere is 10/10, you are missing out if you don’t come here..

A wonderful place to have a meal or drink. the food was excellent with pleasant staff. would recommend this place to everyone.
