1500 FOODMAKERS - Oxford

I booked this restaurant last minute to eat with my mother, we only landed in Vienna and needed a place to eat. We had some difficulty finding the entrance as it is in a hotel and you need to go through the lobby. We took a truffle pizza and share a salad, price were correct and the food was very delicious. We also had a nice waiter, although he came a little early at our table to take our order. The seat could be improved, we sat on a high bench without pillows for my delicate floor (yes, I am a bit picky, but if you want me to stay and drink all night, I must be comfortable) Overall we had a really nice evening for a reasonable price in a beautiful restaurant, thanks to the whole team.

The food is great here. The last time I came, the service was lower than expected. We had to wait a lot until someone brought us to the table, and it wasn't even so busy. An employee went past us when we came in and she didn't tell us. One of the waiters came to serve us dessert, but he did not take our empty plates out of the main course, just left it there. I also found it strange that employees working as waiters do not speak German?! ... I mean, I understand if there are new employees, there can't be perfect service, but still... The atmosphere is generally nice here, but I was a little disappointed, they gave us a table in the corner where you are quite isolated, although we had a reservation and there were still many tables free, even if we were gone. Why would you not offer your customers a better table if they are available? Moreover, it becomes extremely warm inside, it feels like there is not enough air and it can give you the feeling as if you just want to go out or open a window.

Cool. Place with a very nice atmosphere, combined with excellent food. Love it!

By far the worst food I've ever eaten, I've never been there since I am from Germany, based on the reviews I selected this restaurant for my birthday, all my guests were so disappointed by food and also me! I have rarely eaten so bad, the staff was absolutely not received, although nobody touched his food.. The prices are also a freak considering how bad the food was! I would never recommend it to anyone and never again. Consider the food there.

I have rarely eaten so badly the staff was absolutely not accommodating even though no one has touched his food..The prices are also a freak when you consider how bad the food was! I would never recommend it to someone and especially never again. Consider eating there.
