Domino's Pizza - Oxford

Chain pizza takeaway you get what you expect. Not gourmet or super personalised but reliable and very acceptable. Kids love it. Good range of vegan and veggie options, much improved from pre covid era. Lower fat options on bases and cheese which we appreciate tastes the same. BOGOF on collection is good value for a takeaway 2 large pizzas for £20ish, feeds us as a family of 2 adults and 2 kids.

They have gluten free bases and lactose free cheese (vegan cheese), but ask for them together? Absolutely not. My partner is lactose intolerant and gluten free, and when we ordered a gluten free pizza, we found that we could not put vegan cheese on it online so we called the store to order over the phone. They said they couldn't do it. We asked why they had no reason, just that the company didn't allow that. So we asked if we could have a vegan pizza on a gluten free base? Nope. Okay, how about a pizza without cheese and a pot of vegan cheese on the side to melt at home? They couldn't do that either. Why? No reason was given, just can't do it. Dominos wants people to choose between intolerances. Absolutely ludicrous. Anyone who is gluten free and lactose intolerant/vegan, just go to Pizza Hut. They provide that option and they have great deals. I will always order from Pizza Hut now!

1 ordered 50 percent deal pizza online from Headington Oxford the pizza which I ordered was 2x supreme vegetarian Very cold no taste and very poor customer service and I have never experience from dominos anything like this I firm believe it was all about money. Very poor customer service also the manager is extremely rude I would recommend go to cowley branch

Just deleted my app and never ordering from here again. Waited an hour for a cold pizza and a missing item only to be greeted by a bad attitude from both the delivery driver and store when flagging that my order was incomplete. Unfortunately this is one of many, many mistakes made by this store but completely unacceptable to imply the customer is in the wrong when they simply haven't received everything they paid for. They did offer to send the missing item back out but appeared so irritated about the prospect I told them not to bother. Papa John's is my usual pizza place and will once again be getting 100% of my custom

Just ordered a pizza pepperoni and extra cheese ate it went to toilet and pooed all ,my poo blocked the toilet thank you dominos you wont a company when I roll you down
