Kebab Kid - Oxford

The worst kebab meat in oxford, Once apon a time was the place to go, but now, never again.. absolutely sh ... it.... dusgusting. Never again

We ordered a takeaway and ordered kebabs and nan. The kebabs tasted horrible and dry. The naan was very dry and heavy. Will not order from Kebab Kid again. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I am sorry to say that while the food at this restaurant is usually good and of a high standard, my recent experience ordering a large donner kebab online was disappointing. The kebab was mostly burnt, despite taking 40 minutes to cook. The naan bread seemed preheated and was noticeably cold, as if it had been sitting around and then quickly reheated in a microwave. I was very disappointed with both the quality of the food and the service. I would recommend ordering in person to avoid receiving burnt kebab pieces. Additionally, I noticed that my box was a little dirty on the inside of the lid. Overall, I was seriously dissatisfied and would advise against ordering online from this restaurant.

The top takeaway in Oxford delivered our order on time, with piping hot and fresh food. The customer service was outstanding when I called to make corrections to the order due to missing items. They gladly added a few extras and I will definitely be ordering from this restaurant again. My family enjoyed the high quality of the food, with great options for kids meals and traditional Asian cuisine.

Ordered some take away and there were missing items, called their number and the guy responded that they will send it and I waited an hour then called again this time the person who picked up questioned if I ordered kebab king not kid, sort your service guys the delivery driver was rude as well and I had to tell them that delivery is a **** easy job but the way he handled it looks like he needs a university degree just to do the job! **** take!
