Pizza Hut - Oxford

We visited the Pizza Hut located at 61-63 George Street in Oxford. Despite it being the Saturday before Christmas and the restaurant being packed, the service was good. We only wanted to order a pizza, salad, and a drink, but navigating the menu, which was a bit complex, proved to be a challenge. Thankfully, the lady at the ordering counter was more than willing to help us out.

This Pizza Hut is the worst I've ever been to. They bring down the reputation of other Pizza Huts. I had such a bad experience with their service that I will not be returning.

We went to this restaurant this afternoon for a buffet. The prices have increased but the quality has decreased. There was no pasta available and all the pizza served had pepperoni. Only one out of the six pizzas served was suitable for vegetarians. We will not be dining there again, as it is not worth it.

Worst Pizza Hut restaurant I have ever visited, the staff are more interested in chatting to each other and their friends that pop in to see them then dealing with the costumers with in the store. Also, they can’t be bothered to clear the tables after people leave, meaning the tables are left filthy. Asked staff to clear the table because we ordered pudding and the it was like I had asked her to wash the floor with her tongue as she was very reluctant to do it for us. Customers walk in sit them selves down to a table then get up and leave because staff haven’t even noticed them walk in and sit themselves down. Overall, I was very unimpressed and will not be returning.

Pizza hut is Pizza hut, i've been to a few places and this one has to be one of the best ones i've been to, the staff are friendly i've never had a problem with the food the salad bar is kept fresh and never seems dried out like in some chains.
