Feedback gevenWe booked in advance, arrived two minutes ahead of time and were left standing at the doorway for around ten minutes whilst one of two empty tables was cleared. The other empty table next to us was not cleared at any time during the minutes or more we were there.Ordered poppadoms which were fine and a Rioja. We were given a wine which was poor. Owner replaced it after some argument.We waited over an hour after ordering food before having to ask the waiter how much longer it would be. Food then arrived soon afterwards. of meals were lukewarm and the fourth was cold in places. Returned to kitchen to be heated. Still uneven.It was as if they were actually trying to make it a bad experience. No argument from the staff when we said it was awful and they agreed to reduce the price. We should have insisted on larger reduction but everyone was so fed up and angry with the place we just wanted to leave.Absolutely appalling. Avoid
We arrived at but we're not served until despite other large groups of non-students who arrived after us but were served well before. The waiter made a number of mistakes in order which upon complaining, the manager told me was my fault for not being clearer and assuming everyone "had gone to Oxford". The way I was spoken to was humiliating and completely ruined my evening, the manager continued make references to me that made me feel uncomfortable throughout the meal. Had I not have been with a large group I would have left after I as spoken to in such a way. The manager has made it quite clear to me they don't want students in there and will offer a substandard and frankly rude service to those students who do go there. I was shocked to be spoken to in the way I was and will not be returning or recommending shezans to anyone I know

Really good food for vegans. the vegetarian dishes can be made vegan when asked. the personal is also very friendly. we also have to eat quite quickly.
