Shezan Oxford

We went to the restaurant at the right time and we were told that there was no reservation on our name. when we showed them the e-mail we had, they told us that there is nothing they can do, as all the tables are already occupied and we have to go somewhere else. there have been no statements/adjustments and I think it is very unprofessional. we couldn't eat there, but the restaurant still signed us on an open table.

Great food! really one of the best Indian food I ever had! the host was gracious and let us welcome. the appetizers were delicious, but for my taste and appetit something small: had the butter chicken that was fantastic. ate each piece of it with the delicious garlic nan as a tool:

The waiter was uninterested and seemed rather out to serve customers. eating was hot, but had no real taste or season. overall a bad experience. had eaten here earlier than the owner was there and had a much better evening

The restaurant informed me on the day that it was closed on the afternoon for the booking I made.

Excellent find. Will definitely be back on our next trip to Oxford!
