The Shake Lab - Oxford

Service was good from the male employee. We tried the crepe and the ice cream and both tasted lovely.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR SHAKE LAB IN THE N.S.M (science museum London Self service order! iPads where easy to use self explanatory and relatively clean (hardly any finger prints Order was 2x Oreo milkshakes and Malteser fudge (dietetics mistake cake The shakes were completed quickly and the staff where extremely friends, wich for a Yorkshire man in London was quite nice Over all cost £18 (rounded up Only extremely small down side !! Tables weren’t cleaned but this could be part of the museum and not the shake lab Would recommend

Always from the side their menu seemed extremely attractive, I finally decided to try it for taste, my rating is 5/5. The only downside was that the student discount is valid only through the application on the phone, simply showing your student ID will not work

Went for the Rockin Rocher, ABSOLUTLEY DELICIOUS. Also great service from Hannah and Yasmin. Would 100% recommend a visit.

£5.95 for a crunchie milkshake that was good but not outstanding. Made to wait outside with my 4yr old despite inside being empty and only one other family of four waiting. Overheard them making a mistake with the previous order where they had added chocolate and then attempted to remove the chocolate rather than make a new shake, which the buyer insisted on as it turned out they had an allergy. No apology. Quite unfriendly attitude generally.
