Tse Noodles - Oxford

Very authentic eating very tasty and very good portions, the place is small and always busy, so they have to wait outside, but it is the wait it is just cash.

A cute restaurant nestled on a small street amidst the bustling city center. The shop opens promptly at 12 pm most days and a crowd of excited customers can be seen waiting outside. The spicy Sichuan pork dumpling noodles balanced a tasty broth alongside the biting, signature flavor of Sichuan pepper. The salt and pepper chicken wings were incredible as well- my family and I came back multiple times wanting more. Overall, Tse Noodle is a must-see in Oxford!

Very good authentic cooking, in particular with the Sichuan dishes you'll get the perfect levels of Sichuan peppercorn which is a unique experience. I can especially recommend the mapo tofu and the Sichuan deep fried king prawns. The owner is quite a character and usually has engaging chat too. Note it is cash only.

The noodles are soo tasty! Just like in China! One of the best I have ever had in Europe. 100% recommend. We took the aromatic beef noodle soup, very tasty broth, quite spicy but manageable and the spicy beef noodles, also spicy but delicious. The pan fried pork dim sum are also great, and the xiao long bao were good too but not the best. Only downside: the place is quite small, they don't take reservations and you can only pay with cash.

I don’t allow there are people not trying this place yet! I am from South China. This place is so authentic southern chinese!!! The soup in the Yuntun noodle soup is amazing! The shrimp in the Yuntun is so fresh and tasty! Also had Chicken Wrapped in Glutinous Rice this is FIVE STAR!!!!! The beef fried noodlea is also tasty! If you like spicy, make sure you ask for a side dish of spicy oil for free it would just make things even better. Like heaven! We also ordered the soya milk drink. Soooo good!
