Feedback gevenI 'm from out of town. I love First Watch as we have great service at the locations in Nashville. This is in regards to carryout orders. I placed an order requesting Million Dollar Bacon. The hostess at the counter said they may be out. She confirmed they have it so I proceeded with my order. When it was ready I checked my bag and the Million Dollar Bacon was missing. When I asked, she says that she thought I didn 't want it. What??? Please work/train your younger staff to be more aware and attentive. Like, gosh--I literally asked for that item specifically!!! She offered to ring me up again . I 'd already wait 20 minutes and needed to get on the road. Glad I have the Nashville locations back home that get it right!
They have good food and nice staff but the wait time makes it totally not worth it. I don 't mind waiting if told upfront. But there 's no reason to be repeatedly told it 'll be right out and then sitting there for an hour. No that 's not exaggeration. And no its not a one time incident. I understand cooking fresh but an hour is obscene. They desperately need more employees and more than one girl at a time working the entire front to deal with the volume of customers they have.
They were very inefficient getting people seated, fed and checked out. Overpriced for average food...my omelet was terrible. No more $3.65 cup of coffee for me! Others w me loved their food.Food: 2/5
Food was delicious a little expensive server was greatMaybe get rid of nose rings for more of a professional appearance bus boy very presentable a cook on the grill blew his nose and got a drink of whatever was in the styrofoam cup and went back to grilling didn't change gloves if he had any on and didn't wash hands
