Feedback gevenCan you imagine how long it takes to place an order when you're the only one in line? Let's just say it took 15 minutes. This place really needs to shut down. It's the worst customer service in Oxford, MS.
I attempted to order two 24-packs from this restaurant on three separate days, and each time I received a different response. On the first day, I was told the wait would be 30 to 35 minutes. The next day, I was informed it would take 40 to 45 minutes. On the third day, when I called, I learned that they couldn't fulfill my order without a manager present, and that the manager wouldn't be back for another hour – at 3 PM, no less! What kind of establishment are you operating? If you can't provide better service than this, maybe it's time to shut your doors!
I visited the drive-thru and found both employees outside behind the restaurant, either smoking or occupied with something else. I ended up waiting over 25 minutes at the drive-thru window for my food. It felt like I was the inconvenience for simply trying to spend my money at the restaurant. While Krystal's has always been one of my favorite places, I won't be returning to this particular location anytime soon, if at all.
The workers were really nice. But the food was just atrocious. I mean just awful, inedible. Threw most of it out.
I will start by saying the staff was polite. The food was good and hot. They only had 3 people working and seemed overwhelmed. Because of that it took 25 minutes to get my food. I don't blame the staff. Who ever is running it needs to do better. The staff apologized for the wait. 4 stars for the staff and food, 1 star for their boss.
