Feedback gevenMy baked potato wasn't even split open. It had the cheese and bacon just poured over it and half of the potato either wasn't cooked or just a bad potato it was so hard. Probably couldn't cut it open it was so hard I'm thinking.
4 visits, a problem with every visit. All 4 times the fries are overcooked or brown as the bag they come in. And I have had to come back each time for my order being wrong. Worst part 3 times now I have called and called over the past year and I get no response or answer on the phone. They also have a full VM box so there will be no reply.
There's absolutely nobody working in there and the people that are walking around I guess it must be AI they don't see human beings or or they don't care about
I'm not a fan of using a kiosk to order my own food or checking myself out. I haven't been trained to do so and when there's an error it looks like it's my fault. There was no receipt so I get to look like a fool too. This is not my idea of good service and I won't return. Also my chocolate frosty was sub par. I dont know how they make it since I'm not an employee there but more chocolate please. The coke machine had all the flavors except plain coke. Overall the staff was nice until I was asking where was my other sandwich where they got defensive instead of trying to help me. Say sorry, tell me you're working on it while I go back to the kiosk and try to order it again myself. The place looks new and some customer service training is needed. If a kiosk is the way of the future of Wendy's, you lost 1 customer.
We just had an amazing experience at this Wendy’s. Tabatha was simply so sweet towards me and my family. She absolutely made our day, what a top of the tier employee. Thank you ??Kid-friendliness: Tabatha was very kind towards the kids.
