Settebello Pizzeria Napoletana - Oxnard

Pizza is phenomenal, total jewel in Oxnard/Ventura. Also Lucas is fantastic food with small children is always a bit of nerve wracking, but he was so friendly, helpful, funny and patient with them. Thanks for making it a great experience Lucas!

Love this place! It's always our way when we go to Ochsen. Not a large selection of foods, but what they have is delicious and it is worth trying. Their wood-fired pizza is never missing and their drinks are always good and not watered.

Summary: When Dave Portnoy tried pizza from this place, he costs it like a 6.9? MAYBE a 7.1 for the ingredients alone. Long version: I read these reviews after I tried their pizza, and I just didn't taste what it was? re tasting CLEARLY. Don't you get me wrong? Ingredients were solid, the oven looks great, and the atmosphere felt inviting?. Anyway the Margarita pizza I had a flop. If I had to describe the pizza?s taste contextually, I would say it tasted like a Dude Hyper obsessed about Backyard Backyard Backyard Bakyard Oven Pizza Tutorial Videos on YouTube, spent a few thousand dollars to make a dope oven, and then bought a hundred dollars worth of ingredients just around a $25 cake and that?s just the bottom line. I'm probably just picky who tried pizza in places like New Haven Connecticut, New York, South Philly PA and New Jersey. I just recently moved here and ran the people around this place, so did I have to try? 3/5 but you know what? I'll probably come back to try the other dishes.

Your Arugula with Proscuitto Salad is so good. Your pizzas and Marinara meatballs are also amazing!

I enjoy going to Settebello. They have a great bar and happy hour. My only complaint is that they can be short-staffed on occasion. Their happy hour menu is really good, and they have a great selection of tap beer and craft cocktails.
