Drive through sucks for SUVs and trucks. Getting in and out is a chore everytime!
In a great are, customer service is not great. I ask for the key to restroom, my 4 yr old needed to go badly, and there like it 's busy, and there was a second restroom I was like can I use the other one it 's an emergency, she looked at me and she said. No I said it 's for employees only, I was like ok. My daughter couldn 't holt it. And luckily a lady come out of other one we wentin and there is water all over, paper all over. We come out and I told them. There is water everywhere, you guys might want todry or something, people can fall, the girl looked at me like and entire minute and said I donk get it,what is it that shewants ? and a guy answer will take care of it no worries, we just don 't have time for that right now. I left ????
The restaurant is so expensive for a fast food chain and considering the amount of food offered, it's laughable. I paid $25 for 3 Doritos Locos tacos and 2 chicken chalupas. Both with medium drinks. On top of that, my order came with an additional crunchytaco which was left out. Very small amount of food, no additions with the combo outside of a drink, and unless they're usingingredients from the highest quality supplier, this franchise is bogus
I’ve been coming to this Taco Bell specifically for months and drive a little farther for multiple reasons. The manager, Javier, does an excellent job with this store! His customer service is top notch and you can tell he teaches his employees to try to hold that standard. The restaurant and grounds are always clean, and I see Javier setting the example by cleaning outside and doing the work that some may not enjoy as much, but he is willing to do it and does it well. You can tell he takes pride in his work and his restaurant! The food is always good, tasty, looks good (not all slopped together), and I never have stomach etc. problems from the food, the service is also quick, and the employees have a sense of humor with my lame jokes, haha! Also, I’ve very rarely heard them say they are out of something. And unlike another Taco Bell closer to me, when I make a custom order, they get it right almost every time. If more Taco Bells followed what Javier and his team are doing with this restaurant from top to bottom, you’d see even more customer satisfaction, boost morale for more employees, and increase profits! I am in management myself and I say give them raises and a bonus!
