The chicken and potato wedges were prepared with great attention to detail, and the gas prices are quite competitive. The restaurant provides plenty of parking, and there are free sanitation stations available for all customers. The management is doing an excellent job with stocking and food preparation. I would rate this place 4 stars.

Over multiple visits in the past couple of years, this particular location of RF has consistently failed to meet brand standards in terms of quality and customer service. During my last visit, they couldn’t provide a bag, forgot to include the cheese sauce I ordered (which was noted on the receipt), and the dark meat and wings looked and smelled like they had been cooked in old oil. I've given them too many chances, and I'm tired of the disappointments. I do not recommend eating here.

To top it off, many other customers were demanding to speak with the manager, who seemed to have vanished without a trace. At this point, I believe the best course of action would be to let go of everyone working the 2:00 PM shift today. If you don’t believe me, just check the security footage! The level of unprofessionalism, coupled with cold service and missing food during these already high gas prices, made for a truly terrible experience.

Not the best Royal Farms I've been too. The bathrooms were definitely in need of TLC. The wait in line was kind of ridiculous but I understand employees need breaks too. The only thing was the one employee who was helping line was waiting the other female employee to come back and she sure did take her time walking back to the counter haha ????. The chicken sandwich wasn't good but a brother was hungry so I made do. Im usually a big fan of the Farm but today was a lil disappointing.

Okay, so the crew behind the chicken counter are horrible. When I got my food they started laughing and shaking there heads. A lady before was complaining about the fries. I think they gave of fries or something. It the ole saying, if the cat the mice will play. That?s bad for business. If you don?t like your job then quit. Don?t take it out on the customer.
