Shake Shack National Harbor - Oxon Hill

Came for the truffles and remained thoroughly satisfied. I really hope Shack makes this limited item a permanent one. The food was cooked in typical Shack fashion, I only wish the frits had been Craspier and the burger needed more truffle sauce. Apart from that, make sure you catch the truffles before they are out of the season.

The fries are truly exceptional and cooked to perfection every time! The chicken sandwiches and soups are also quite delicious. However, the quality of the meat in the burgers isn't lean beef, which gives it a rubbery texture while chewing. On the plus side, the shakes are always spot on!

It was just what I needed at the right moment. I'm not sure if they only offer one size of fries, but I really enjoyed the larger portion since I love fried potatoes. The burger patties were also enormous! I had to eat one that was as big as a small house, which is quite impressive! I was at The National Harbor when I placed my order that day, and it truly satisfied my craving.

My life feels complete now that I finally got a shake hat. It's definitely a must-have if you're Canadian, especially since we can't get them back home! And their fries are absolutely amazing!
