Pizza awful don't waste your money crust is rubbery cheese falls off never again

Just close up and become a Sbarros or something. It’s very obvious no one wants to work there with nobody minding the front and folks waiting to order.

Slow staff. Cold pizza. Zero system. Be prepared to wait there while the staff is coming off his Marijuana high

My experience at Zizi's Pizza at the MGM Casino in D.C. was disappointing, to say the least. Despite being promised a 20-minute wait for my pizza, it took an hour and a half before I was informed that my order hadn't even been received. The lack of communication and disregard for customers' time was unacceptable. Even worse, when confronted, the staff offered insincere apologies and made excuses instead of owning up to their mistake. Sadly, I won't be returning to Zizi's Pizza anytime soon.

I ordered my pizza 6:02pm march 11th there was a mean lady that said “its gonna take 30-35min wait” i said well ok ill wait i came back at 7:02 to gove them 1hr i came back and they said “oh its not ready yet we gonna start making it now its gonna take 15min i have the ticket order National market should check on their hired employees they are not properly trained now i m still waitting here i can show the pictures of the ticket and everything the manager please feel free to contact me i can give names and pictures of the bad employees at the time of the order
