It has the merit to exist, and given the enthusiasm of customers for this kind of establishment, and their number of points of sale that increases years after years, this method of sale responds to a true expectation of consumers (read available throughout the day, wide variety of bread, pastries, snacks, and very attractive prices) But we must be honest, we are closer to the industrial bakery than to the craftsmanship. We cannot compare these are different products, with raw materials from different sources.. Anyway, we're more in a cooking terminal than anything else. Another highlight of this establishment: It gives work to young people (and less young people) without any qualification. Very good bread but the grain bread has the old, for several months, is too cooked. Burning takes a step on the taste of cereals. Too bad, right? If it doesn't come back like I bought it a few months ago, I'll change bakery.
