Domino's Pizza - Ozark

Your App keeps crashing. When I called the store, I was routed to a call center with people I can?t understand, or can?t understand me due to language and accent barriers. Goodbye Domino?s. You had a good run.

I like the drive though option, a lot cheaper than delivery. This branch is very consistent with quality. Friendly people.

We used to order here all the time. I believe the driver/cook was named John or Josh. Always a great job. Then that name went away, and the quality became iffy at best. We started ordering Papa Johns and Caseys. Occasionally we try again, but nomore. Pizza was smashed. It tasted so weird we didn't even bother eating it. From 5stars to 1 in a little over a year. Takecare of your people dominos. You're losing the good ones and giving us disgusting food instead.

We ordered a pan pizza with half ham and half pepperoni and the receipt even says so but we got a pizza with pineapple. We tried calling to get this corrected but the phone just runs in circles with the annoying recorded announcements for 10 minutes withoutan actual person answering. Thanks.

I am very satisfied. The person who took my order really doubled checked everything I ordered. The driver showed up with a smile on his face and my hot fresh pizza. Very tasty too I may add. Thanks to all the staff who helped with my pizza. You guys aregreat.
