El Charro - Ozark

The people here are the best. We had the best service of any place we have ever been. The guys are amazing! Fast! The food is the Greatest!!!

Service was horrible. I ordered a chimi. They are to be deep fried and mine was nothing more than a burrito. Won't be back.

This place used to be pretty good and decently staffed with nice waiters/waitresses. Idk exactly what happened but I've eaten at and ordered from this place several times in the recent past and not sure what changed internally but the food is barely edible and the staff is rude as ever and I very likely will never be going back. This sucks bc it was, at one point in the distant past, a family favorite and tradition of ours to eat here. I'd r recommend just rerouting to taco bell if you're in the mood for Mexican food. Take it or leave it...either way, you have been warned. Parking: Small shopping center with a small shopping center sized parking lot. Not the worst parking lot, but could be significantly improved with even just a little more room to maneuver through the lot...space is pretty cramped going through.

I kept telling the waiter i wanted to place a to go order, but i guess he didn't understand me. The server took forever to come back just to get our order. He seemed irritated that I sat down to place a to go order, but that's not my fault. The food was not that great, and the chicken in my Chimichanga was overcooked, and some was burnt. They also rushed me out, and I didn't like that. Also, the prices are a bit high for the area.

Best mexican food in the area. pulled pork nachos over a bed of mexican rice...trust me, do it!
