Taco Bell - Ozark

3rd time in 3 weeks my order was wrong. My kid has food allergies and ordered 3 plain chicken tacos that ended up having cheese on them. This last time I ordered a nachos bell grande with a soft taco and ended up with 3 crunchy tacos. When I handed it be order back and explained it wasn’t right I got a bell grande swimming in toppings with no chips and a bad attitude form tne chick at the window. Would not recommend, took 35 mins to get through the drive through line. Rude staff acts as if it’s an inconvenience to be doing their jobs. Definitely try a different Taco Bell if you have the option.

Downloaded the app to order online to save time. I ended up in the same line as the drive thru and wait was still very long. Why can't they do a delivery to my car to keep from waiting the crazy drive thru.

Staff are very nice, food is of average quality but the wait in the drive through is always ungodly. Each time I’ve been I’ve waited at least 10 minutes. I totally understand staffing issues, but I’ll go to another location for now.

Literally was in drive-thru for 22 minutes 22 minutes couldn't back out because we had cars behind us digging apology at the window but come on 22 minutes won't be coming back
