Qui il pane fino è buonissimo ed anche i panini sono molto buoni. Rimane nei vicoli vicino alla chiesa di Santa Lucia. Scordatevi di andarci in macchina!! Vi fate una bella passeggiata per Ozieri, che è tanto bella, e poi passate a prendere il pane Lo potete anche prenotare tramite whatsapp. Che voi de più!!?
I visited many castles in Sardinia for tourism for 2 weeks and I was curious to taste the Sardinian esplanade made by a real Sardinian bakery and among all those tasted, I can say that I ate the best here. The Sardinian spienata is prepared with the same dough as the pane carasau, the most famous typical Sardinian bread, but the difference between the two is the consistency: the spienata is decidedly softer and not crunchy. It is a fat-free bread, which Sardinians use to accompany a bit of everything. In particular soups, broths, but also salads, meats, cold cuts. It is an irreplaceable presence during snacks based on casu and sartizzu, or cheese and sausage.
Here the fine bread is delicious and the sandwiches are also very good. It remains in the alleys near the church of Santa Lucia. Forget about going there by car!!
