First and foremost, I don't know why this Noah's Bagel has such low rating, but the customer service provided by Hervin, Carmen Tiffany were exceptional! My best friend and I usually go to the one in Burbank but since she's such a drill Sargent she wanted to walk around the Palisades house. . So...we walked into this bakery and greeted by Carmen, which had amazing vibes to begin with she was super accommodating and she was like that with every single customer! Then a shift change happened and we ordered some more food and it was Hervin at the front now he made it equally super impressionable and I'm beginning to wonder if this positive vibe is only in Palisades! Lol then we got our food from Tiffany and another person equally as magical super ecstatic that we received such great customer service. Thank you again team! Loooooooove it!
The service I had was the worst. I hope a manager sees this... I went on June 29th at around 7:45am. I had ordered a Jalapeño Cheese Bagel with cream cheese and egg. When I received my bagel it only had egg. It wasn't a big deal and I wasn't in a rush so I took it to the counter and let them know I had ordered cream cheese on it. The lady took it and so I went to sit. A minute later I was called back to the counter and she told me that I didn't order cream cheese on it and if I wanted to I could order a side. I was a little annoyed because I know for a fact that I had asked for cream cheese but proceeded to pay for the side. I asked if they can at least spread the cream cheese for me to which both workers refused. They then call over the lady who actually took my order and she told the other workers in Spanish that I was lying and never ordered cream cheese. I speak Spanish so I understood what she was telling them. And she then told me that it's my fault that I didn't get the right bagel. I was shocked that such a simple situation could turn into such a big deal. I told them to just give me my bagel and side of cream cheese that I paid for and that it is not my fault if the cashier cannot listen and input customers orders correctly. Again, mistakes happen so I wasn't upset about the situation until they refuse to take accountability, made everything so much more difficult then it had to be, and act like people in LA don't speak Spanish. Side note: plus the bagel was definitely not worth the hassle.
Slow, rundown, needs to go. I just went for a bagel sandwich and it took 15 mins of them forgetting about me. Looks dirty, isn't the place it used to be
Ordered from DoorDash, looked so good in the pictures online, then it arrived and oof...
