Subway - Pacifica

I would like to see more meat in my sandwich. I understand that everything is portioned out, but Subway needs to be less skimpy. A foot-long sandwich with only two half slices of cheese is not enough.

I went to a restaurant with a buy one get one free sandwich coupon, but had a bad experience. I ordered my sandwich first and then presented the coupon, but the cashier got upset and said I should have told them before ordering. I questioned the difference it would make and asked if they would put less turkey on my sandwich. The cashier was rude and unhelpful. On another visit, I mentioned my coupon but was told they were not accepting them. I asked how I would know when they do accept them and was told to just walk in. Gas is expensive, so I don't want to drive over unnecessarily. Since no one answers the phone, I feel ignored. I don't mind paying full price, but was surprised when they charged me $3.00 for avocado on my sandwich - it seemed excessive. I don't think I will go back to this Subway because the young woman with long black hair working there is consistently rude. The older man who works there is pleasant to deal with, but unfortunately I always seem to get her. Having a phone number or web address to check which locations honor the coupons would be helpful.

Wish I can give them zero star. Terrible customer service, lady working on March 27, 2022, around 3 pm wasn?t in the mood to do her job. They were out of Tuna and needed 20 minutes to prepare it. We waited in the car and when we came back, she put up asign stating she?s taking a 15 minutes lunch break. She saw us and told us we need to wait. No apologies and gave us massiveattitude. She didn?t really seem interested in being there.

Lady working there acted as if she?s doing us a favor preparing the subway sandwich OR as if she?s forced to work there. She ran out of tuna and told us to be back in 15 minutes. We came back in 25 minutes and she said she?s on a lunch break and locked theshop. Wouldn?t look at us at all. Very racist and unacceptable.

My mom and I have been sharing foot long tuna sandwiches on whole grain bread with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, and olives (can't forget the olives) for a while. The food is always consistent, delicious, and fresh. The staff is always courteous and friendly. Overall, I really enjoy this place!
