Cha Chaa Thai Chinese - Pacoima

This place used to be fantastic, but I've noticed a decline in both the service and the food over the past few months. It’s still decent if you need something quick, but the prices have increased and the portion sizes have decreased. Overall, I’d rate the food a 3 out of 5.

The restaurant appears to be family-owned, with one dedicated person managing the front counter. She was incredibly busy, handling phone orders, ringing up customers, and serving food to those dining in. During any quiet moments, she was back in the kitchen, assisting the cooks with plating orders, and restocking soy sauce and condiments. It’s clear that the staff here are hardworking and skilled at creating delicious meals. I highly recommend stopping by to support this local gem!

It's hard to find decent Thai food in my neck of the woods (Northeast San Fernando Valley). I've tried several places nearby and their food is either too flavorless and/or too greasy. Not so at Cha Chaa! Their food is always fresh and delicious. I highly recommend them!

These guys are great. Great food and friendly staff. Don't order through an app though, the food is best right from the kitchen not 30 minutes later when your Uber eats driver drops it off.Food: 4/5
