Feedback gevenOkay again. I went there with my girlfriend. So of course it become a great place. But the most important thing is that the place itself is strategic. There's 7eleven. Pizza hut. Guardian. A hotel (Smith House). Laundry. Electronics shop etc. Highly recommended tho. Oh btw I don't say a lot about tealive is because I think everyone know how good tealive is. They deserve their award.
The staff are very friendly and kind, the beverages there are the best in Langkawi and the prices are affordable.
Interesting concept but poorly implemented. The menu is only available outside and the drink choices appear more then once with the same name in different categories. The staff didn’t know exactly what I wanted, I needed to tell them which button to press on there touchscreen. The taste is average and nothing special. Prices are to high for that in my opinion. The waiting time was quite long.
The flavors were outstanding and the prices were reasonable, but it would be even better if the portions were larger. I enjoyed the Korean toast and tried the chicken and cheesy beef dishes.
The lack of greeting and smiles made for a terrible customer service experience at this franchise location. It felt as though the staff assumed we were getting our drinks for free. It is disappointing that their salaries are dependent on our purchases. The management seems ineffective in addressing the poor service provided by the staff. It is important to educate and train inexperienced employees on proper customer service and sales techniques. If they are not competent, they should not be allowed to work and tarnish the reputation of the brand.
