Von Koppen Restaurant Gut Ringelsbruch

My husband and I chose to get married in Germany because of family and were looking for a venue in Ostwestfalen. Gut Ringelsbruch was the perfect location for us. The venue is absolutely beautiful. There is a beautiful alley leading up to the place. The main building is surrounded by stables and then there is the old manor house right in the centre. We got married behind the old manor house and it was absolutely beautiful. We then had the reception outside and the celebrated in the main hall where we had a large BBQ buffet. The food was fantastic! Many of our guests came up to us during the wedding and complemented the food and the service. We had a variety of meats and they were all spot on. The sides were just as good and if I hadn't been wearing a wedding dress I would have eaten my own weight in steak! From the very beginning and the early planning stages until after the wedding we were very very happy with Gut Ringelsbruch and the team. We will definitely come back for dinner next time we're in Germany :

Already at the entrance we enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere in this newly opened and renovated restaurant. the service was also very friendly and accommodating. we had decided for the pre-soup, the swirl roast and the cordon bleu. there was still a greeting from the kitchen and before there were a few slices baguette with different butter varieties. as well as the main course that fully fulfilled our expectations. very, very tasty. the service had the tables always in sight and asked politely and not intrusively whether we wanted to drink something. we then drank a capuccino and espresso for the conclusion, dessert did not go any more. a great dinner! we will certainly come back!

We were today at the wrestling quarry (now from köppen) because we read it in the time that there was a new opening and we were curious. the restaurant is completely new renovated. we were surprised how extraordinarily good eating and great the service was. we both had the sidesteak in the main course of the day recommendation. it was super fried and super delicate. as an appetizer there was tomatensuppe in white and a greeting from the kitchen there was also...the service was professional and not intrusive. the chef has recommended us a chocolate cake with tonka bean ice cream and is totally nice. super! absolutely recommended.
