As a nespressed customer I always expect care and attention from the staff. The orders that turn on between them while you need them, joke and yell for empty boxes, while one of them asks you what coffee you want. You tell him your preference, and he doesn't want to tell you, he gives you another totally disgusting one, while the coffee for another person remains on the machine, because the salesman was intent on retaliating with the other. What you need doesn't understand the name because of course it was too careful to listen to the colleague. Too small space that you don't understand who's in the tail and who's not. Passed yesterday to buy some Vortuo waffles, well-stocked place and the guy who served me was really good and kind, thank you.
I'm not a Nespresso client, I went to the store twice to give a gift. Both the first and second time served me a girl with short hair, clear and with glasses. I found it rude and disturbed in serving me, perhaps because I asked specific questions about the products but, not being a customer, I automatically do not know the product. It gave everything as if it was obvious, when it is not for anyone who is not a customer. If I ever get back, I hope I don't relive the same experience and especially not be served by her.
