Feedback gevenI ordered via Deliveroo the second time already and the second time they didn’t deliver wasabi ginger to my ordered sushi… I tried to call them and since I‘m not fluent in Italian I asked the woman who answered the phone to please give the phone to someone who speaks English. She hung up on me so I had to ask my boyfriend to call again and talk to them in Italian. After the confronted them they refused to bring me the missing wasabi and ginger… this is unacceptable since it’s happening the second time already. On top of that the sushi isn’t really the best. There are much better places in Padova to eat sushi.
Very tasty sushi, fresh fish and not too much rice (as I like it). We came for lunch on a Saturday, the booking wasn’t necessary. One star down because they forgot about two last dishes we ordered and we had to wait a long time in the end, even though the restaurant wasn’t full. Otherwise good experience.
We went there for dinner and just ordered from the menu card whatever we wanted. The staff didn 't speak a single word of English pretty unusual even in Italian gastronomy , but we managed to order without any problems. The waitress, bringing the food, was very unfriendly and didn 't say a word and placed the dishes on the table and not to the person who ordered it....For what are we paying coperto?!? Sushi was really small, uramaki were as small as the hosomaki : Finally we wanted to pay and that 's when the worst came: another waitress told us that we will have to pay for all you can eat , even though we didn 't order that! She referred to the Italian!! Menu...the waitress who received our order didn 't say a word since we ordered very little and our Italian was really basic...Customers usually don 't do so for all you can eat . The menu didn 't make clear that you must choose all you can eat ....We were so disappointed of the dishonest behaviour of the staff. In the end the bill was almost 2 times higher, because the all you can eat is more expensive than what we ordered. we were obviously upset, but paid anyway. The peek of the impudence: the waitress wanted to give is a card to get stamps the next times we are coming to get bonus points...I thought she must be joking, but she was serious. We are never ordering or going again to this place!
Sushi is the best of padova, but also other dishes are excellent. and the service is of a unique sympathy!
