Inday Maasinhon Lechon Hauz

We ordered a 35kg lechon here, it was delicious and ready at the time they promised it would be. Their price was also better than the other lechoneria on the other side of the street and they didn't try to rip an extra price from a foreigner as most places in the Philippines try to do. Highly recommend this place, both for their quality service and product. No picture because the whole baby was eaten before anyone had a chance to grab their camera lol. I have been eating their roasted pig for as long as I can remember, but the roasted pig we ordered for the festival was a complete letdown. It was overly salty to the point that when we were carving the pig to store it in the refrigerator, we discovered a large clump of salt (yes, an undissolved clump of salt) in the pig's belly. I hope they can improve the quality of their roasted pig and focus on more than just making a profit. Personally, I will not be ordering from them again.
