Mcdonald's - Pageland

Just came through drive Thur and ordered a double fish sandwich and got all the way back to Kershaw and it was not a double but I paid for a double!!!!!

Service was absolutely horrendous. I waited 45 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and nuggets in the drive thru. Went inside for a refund and they claimed I already got my meal. They then asked the food runner if I got my food and he told them no. They claimed I was lying until the food runner backed up my story.

I went through the drive thru today 4/6/2024 around 4pm with my 7 yr old grandson. The young man at the drive thru taking orders cussed me over the intercom. I misunderstood him thought he was asking the size of fries and drink I wanted I said medium coke. He said you F-ing people can’t hear. I said excuse me but you won’t talk to me that way. He said do you not want your F-ing food. I told no not after those remarks. I called customer service to report him. It’s bad that my 7 yr old grandson heard all of this. Well congratulations McDonald’s I will never spend 1cent there again!! And to the kid working the drive thru I’m sure your parents would be very proud to know how you speak to people!! Do better McDonald’s!!

I go to McDonald's every morning for my boss and his wife the cashier the people that serve in the food and everybody is great only problem sometime coffee be cold my boss like decaf coffee with nothing in it I like a senior coffee 14 sugars for a cream sometime don't have nothing in it I guess they think it's from my boss but everything else is okay
