Ajia - Pagosa Springs

I stopped here a few months ago on vacation in town. We came during a break, so our food was served very quickly. It was very tasty and I was impressed by the wide range of products on the menu. Definitely will stop when I'm ever in the area.

We dined on Chinese cuisine, and it was the ideal choice! The staff were extremely friendly, and the food was delicious. Although the dishes were a bit greasy and took some time to arrive, the wait was well worth it. The prices were reasonable. The website for placing takeout orders was very user-friendly, making it easy to order from my iPad. I truly enjoyed the meal. If you find yourself in this city, I would highly recommend visiting this restaurant.

I tried the tofu kimchi, which I’ve been wanting to try for a long time, and it did not disappoint! It was incredibly delicious and well-spiced. The portion size was just right—enough to satisfy me without making me feel overly full. The only downside was that the waiter asked me to follow him on social media right after serving my meal, which I found a bit unusual.

Everything was excellent during our visit. We loved all three dishes we ordered, especially the Udon Noodle dish, which was outstanding. The service was also impressive. The restaurant wasn’t busy, and it seemed like they might need to revamp their location, as it didn’t appear very inviting. However, we definitely recommend giving it a try!
