Mcdonald's - Pagosa Springs

During our road trip, we stopped by this McDonald's and were pleasantly surprised to find some managers or owners on-site. I'm not sure if their presence contributed to the exceptional service and delicious food we experienced, or if this location is consistently that great. However, based on this one visit, I can confidently say it was the best McDonald's I've been to in Colorado!

The McDonald's in Pagosa Springs is becoming a bit of a joke. When I went to the register, I was directed to a kiosk instead. I don't work for McDonald's, so I shouldn't have to place my own order when I approach the counter. Whether I'm paying by card or cash, this experience has left me frustrated. I'm done.

Please stop squashing my burgers. If you're unhappy with your job, perhaps it's time to consider a change.

Once again these guys were great food was hot Fries were awesome and my wife's milkshake was great.

Soggy fry’s, soggy nuggets, overall just taste gross
