Santy's Taco Shop - Pagosa Springs

Tried the new Santys-3 here in Bloomfield, I had ordered beef tacos and beef enchiladas to go, got home tacos were correct but my beef enchiladas ended up being chicken enchiladas, now I'm tired and got off work expecting a good meal but didn't get all of what I had ordered, tacos were good don't know about the chicken enchiladas because that's not what I ordered

This is a review for the restaurant just opened in Bloomfield NM. Ordered chili relleno plate. No flavor to them. Chili pods were thick. Refried beans had no flavor needed salt and some seasoning. Food was just barely lukewarm. Sour cream was runny and dumped on top of those pitiful refried beans. Rice was bland.Didn’t get the order correct ordered enchiladas combo 4 but got a combo 2. Same refried beans. Food was the same lukewarm and nothing outstanding. Tacos were decent.Prices are reasonable and serving sizes were respectable. Won’t eat here again for a while. Menu items are numerous. Was really looking forward to another dining choice for this town. Didn’t gain much here. Plenty of parking.

Great place. A mix between fast food and restaurant ambience, it was clean, service was great, and the food was yummy. I had breakfast, two breakfast burritos, and it fits my OMAD lifestyle. I am full. I believe this place has a lot more drive-through business than dine-in. The eggs were not overcooked, and I did not feel like I was just getting a plate of glop, like you do in so many Mexican restaurants. The salsa bar was clean, well-kept, and full of very tasty sauces/salsas/pickled veggies.

For starters my girlfriend and I went through the drive thru. We wanted two of the 4 taco's and drink combo's. I don't know who was talking but I couldn't understand a lick of English he was speaking. Not to mention he was yelling at us because we couldn't understand what they were out of. We wound up getting chili rellenos which was a mistake. It came with red peppers and topped with enchilada sauce. It was disgusting. Go to the grocery store in the same parking lot, you'll save money and enjoy your food.
