They never receive calls. I have been trying since last 4/5 days to connect but of no use.

Would definitely recommend this hotel as I and family had a very good experience in here. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, organized. Staff was really helpful. And especially about the powercut problems of kashmir that we had heard a lot about, but we didn't face much of issue as they did have back-up. Rooms: 4 Service: 4
