I ordered a capistrami sandwich, which ended up being light on pastrami and overloaded with cole slaw. I decided to give it another try on Sunday and ordered the same sandwich. This time, the staff was different and much more efficient than the day before. However, my sandwich had the opposite problem—this one was heavy on the pastrami and very light on cole slaw. It’s clear that this location needs to improve on both consistency and customer service.
