Toyboxxx - Paignton

I performed with the band at the Lime Tree on Saturday night. Since I'm not from Paignton, I was essentially a visitor. I found the bar and security staff to be friendly and helpful, and the landlord and his partner were quite charming. The patrons of the pub were also very welcoming and memorable. Throughout my career, I've played in hundreds of pubs (and I've enjoyed drinks in nearly as many!), and I truly wish more of them were like the Lime Tree!

James (who’s just James, by the way, haha) mentioned that this was his favorite spot a few years ago—it was good then, but it’s even better now! It's probably one of the best places in Paignton. So make sure to check it out and support this well-run establishment; you won't be disappointed, and you’ll wake up with nothing but a smile!

As a regular patron of this wonderful establishment, I can't help but commend the hardworking and dedicated staff who truly shine here. To begin with, they serve excellent drinks—my partner especially appreciates being able to enjoy a good pint in the proper glass! The team takes great pride in their service, and the range of entertainment they offer is sure to appeal to everyone. I always have a great time at The Limetree! Thank you for revitalizing the pub scene in Paignton with a place that embodies everything a public house should be! I highly recommend it!

What a wonderful welcome we received today in the chicken house of cattle. Food was fantastic with an enormous amount of chips sweet corn and onion rings. we had half chicken coated in Piri piri sauce and jirk sauce for the missus. with a homemade coleslaw and beautiful fresh salad. Delicious. The place was very clean and prepared for a high standard. Very recommended if you are in Paignton. Thank you.

I was surprised and the food was good and lots of it. I ordered a starter, but shouldn't have, as it was all too much in the end. Friendly staff. I scored 4 as when I ordered the mushrooms as an extra, they added mushrooms from the main menu, not the extras menu, so be warned, it's an extra couple of .
