My name is Angus P. O'Hara, and I'm the new chef and sommelier at C.K.'s Steakhouse and Quail Hollow Resort. As I begin my second week here, I have some exciting surprises in store for you! Yesterday marked a fresh start at CK's and Quail Hollow. Laissez les bons temps rouler – let the good times roll! We warmly welcome guests to The Quail. Get ready for some great cooking ahead!
We only tried their Sunday breakfast, and it was excellent—just a classic traditional breakfast. A few days ago, I had the Tilapia, and it was also quite good. The staff here was very friendly.
Although we were the only ones in the room on a Saturday night, the food was delicious, serving large and service was friendly and attentive. We celebrated a birthday and the server brought a piece of cake and even had to play the barband happy birthday “Rock” Edition. It was incredibly pleasant. Thanks for a great night with the family.
Our food was hot and delicious. Although green beans is a simple thing these were about the best green beans I ever ate. I had the 8oz sirloin and my husband had the fish and chips. Plenty of food. And priced reasonably. Chris was our waiter. He was pleasant and courteous and took great care of us. Also, Donna gave us some great tips for exploring the area. Great food, great people.
