Macros Chinese Takeaway - Paisley

The Chinese food at this restaurant is exceptionally good. It's the best in Paisley. We enjoyed the honey and garlic chicken wings, honey garlic spare ribs, special fried rice, and chips. Everything was fantastic.

The food was fantastic, although we had to pick it up ourselves since they don't deliver to Bishopton. It was definitely worth the effort.

I placed an order over the phone and thought the woman said it would come to £24.70. My order included 2 boiled rice, 2 curry sauces (1 large), salt and chilli chips, salt and chilli chicken balls, and chicken noodle soup. When I arrived at the shop, I was told the total was actually £34.70. I asked to see a menu but was informed that they didn't have one and hadn't had menus for about 6 months. The food itself was decent, but nothing exceptional or better than other Chinese takeaways in the area. I wouldn't go back solely because of the high cost, which I believe must have been a mistake. To make matters worse, I was told there would be 9 chicken balls in my order, but only received 8. The same order at nearby Chinese takeaways typically costs between £21-£23.

Excellent food and fast preparation. Friendly service as well. Been here twice. We are from out of town and can say that both the curry sauce and sweet and sour sauce is comparable or better than in Vancouver and hong kong. Place also is very tidy and clean. If you want good food at a reasonable price then this is the place to go.

I've ordered from here several times. They do a fantastic Shredded Salt and Chilli Chicken, hands -down the best I've ever tasted, and a delicious Chicken with Green Pepper in Black Bean Sauce. Some similar dishes in local takeaways can feel rather processed and bulk made, but this was very flavorsome. If you want good food or are trying to get your kids to eat veggies, this is the place to go.
