Pepes Piri Piri - Paisley

I had not visited this particular Pepe's location before, but I am generally a fan of the chain. I would suggest ordering ahead of time, as everything is made fresh to order. After ordering at the counter, I experienced a somewhat long wait for my food. While it may not be as inexpensive as it used to be, the restaurant has now become well-established as one of the top chicken shops in the area. Personally, I prefer it over its Portuguese restaurant rival. My go-to order is the rice box, which offers great value for its generous portion size. I recommend adding the garlic dip for some added moisture and flavor. The sauces can be quite hot, so I find that the mild option is spicy enough for me. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Overall, the restaurant consistently delivers good food.

I typically don't like to complain, but I was extremely disappointed by the terrible service and rude manager at this restaurant! Our food was over 1.5 hours late and several items were missing. When we tried to call the store, they hung up on us! We had to call again, and the manager said he would contact us back, but never did. I will definitely not be ordering from here again. The food arrived stone cold and tasted very bland. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs. It doesn't even deserve one star. There are much better Pepe's branches elsewhere. Save your money.

I tried the chicken n rice meal and it was great I really enjoyed. I Tried the extra hot with garlic mayo ..I may suggest some other mayo with them instead of garlic mayo. The food is heavy for a single person as it's come with a pretty good quantity. The second time I tried their limited edition wrap and it was also pretty good not so bad...but for me the rice n meal comes top

Chicken was hard no flavour, chips was cold and it was a sit in , dirty in side and staff was ignorant

Today, we dined at this restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed the food. The customer service was excellent. Fatima, who took our order, was very understanding of my aversion to spicy food. She also happily cleaned and prepared a table for us upon request. I was impressed by her positive attitude, as well as that of Rabiya. The menu offers a wide variety of flavors, and my friend was especially delighted with today's burger. I am so impressed by the exceptional service we received that I felt compelled to write this glowing review. We will definitely be returning as regular customers!
