Subway - Paisley

I ordered online today and my food was delivered quickly. However, it arrived cold and clearly not freshly prepared. When I called to complain, the employee who answered had difficulty with English and hung up on me. After trying several times, I finally spoke to the manager who was unavailable. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.

This restaurant serves a disappointing and unappealing wrap. The person preparing it had a less-than-pleasant attitude, and the quality of the food was subpar. The lack of Parmesan cheese and dismissive response to requests for more were disappointing. The overall dining experience was not worth the money spent. On a positive note, the service from the waitress was excellent. Update: fortunately, the restaurant has closed down.

The male server was friendly and helpful, but the female server was not as great. I had to remind her multiple times that I wanted a meatless meatball sub, and she walked away before confirming if I wanted any additional toppings or bread. Despite asking for a large amount of jalapeños, I ended up with only four pickles on my sub. However, the kind male server made up for it by giving me a free cookie, which put a smile on my face.

Absolutely appalled. Purchased a sandwich yesterday afternoon (meatball marinara). When the staff member was putting the meatballs on the sub, I thought they looked strange, even smaller than usual somehow. I discovered after I left the ‘restaurant’ that the meatballs were hard and cold. They had clearly been left over from the previous day. You as the owner should be very concerned about this as people could be poisoned. Will never be visiting this place again. Disgusting does not even cover it. Avoid for your own safety!

Very rude staff surprised they still have a job asked for tomato with my breakfast roll and was basically told I couldn't have it it was up to them who they wanted to give an extra topping to......in other words I don't like the look of you but I may give it to the next guy that comes in if I feel like it!!! Also ordered a sandwich one day that I was taking away I took a bottle of water out my while waiting to have a drink and they were rite on it saying you can't drink that in here.....I wasn't even sitting in!!! Also don't dare ask for the key for the toilet as it's clearly to much hassle for them to take 2 steps into the back to get it for you. Absolutely shocking staff with a stinking attitude!!!! Ps would not have even given them one star I would give zero but won't let me post my review otherwise
