Wendy's - Palatine

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. They didn't provide me with a straw and refused to give me napkins. To make matters worse, they forgot my large fries, and I had to go back to get them. The tablet they used for my order was faulty, which caused a spill all over me. When I went to the drive-thru window, the staff were not accommodating. The manager, who I believe is the owner's wife, was quite rude to me, despite my attempts to remain polite. I would advise others to avoid this location and choose another Wendy's instead, as my family and I had very negative experiences here.

I went to Wendy to get a sandwich with my T mobile Tuesday you have to have the Wendy app I brought two sandwich the Manager were very helpful Im a senior havnt eating breakfast yet, Im happy , He listen,wasn't Smart mouth !!! Hot sandwich too.

Idk why people expect to be treated like royalty lmao this place is fine, foods good.

Dollar breakfast sandwiches the best,coffee good too,service good too,can't beat it in this economy?
