Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Palatka

The customer service was great. We previously stopped at a Popeyes in Palm Coast but ended up waiting for over 15 minutes for someone yo take our order and there were no cars in the line. We stopped at this Popeyes in Palatka and the service was great. We ordered the 16 piece family meal and wings. The staff made sure that our order was fresh and accommodated what we needed. The food is excellent, but the service is lacking. The staff doesn't acknowledge you, and to make matters worse, they turn their backs when you reach the counter. I definitely won't be returning; I can get that kind of service at McDonald's for a lower price. Service: Takeout Meal type: Dinner

What’s going on with the management of this restaurant? I’m sure a significant investment was made to create such a lovely establishment, yet I’ve often left without getting any food. Is this a joke or a legitimate business aiming to generate profit? It seems like a change is needed—most likely in management or staff. How many reviews like this can you receive and still remain unchanged? Food rating: 5.

Unfortunately we stopped to get take out before heading home once at home we realized we had not received any biscuits our order of 2 piece all white meat was dark meat. We ended up paying for food we didn't eat. I would suggest don't leave the the store without looking to see if what you ordered is what they give you Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
