La Cantinetta - PALERMO

I am not sure if this is the nr2 restaurant of Mondello. The food was all good, polpo, linguine, cod, pork, and we bought the wine opposite of the road where the son has a fabulous enoteca, where you can also eat tapas style. Service good, setting a bit old fashioned. It is not at the main restaurant area, about 15 minute walk from the beach. All n all, nice meal, but not spectacular, I give it the benefit of the doubt, 4 star

The food is really delicious, the ambient is great and the service was kind and fast, which is important if you’re dining with kids. :

Quiet night in Mondello but still excellent food (Arancina in a fish sauce, burrata ravioli, tuna steak) and friendly service for non-Italian speakers.

Perfect dinner, proper price, friendly staff and helpful. super recommended!
