You simply point at the items you want and the relevant items will be heated in a micro oven. The dish arrives quickly with fresh bread. We enjoyed the house white wine which comes in 0,25 or 0,5 liters refill bottles. The menu card is vey simple and you must look for it. They have indoor (without doors) tables on both sides of the narrow pedestrian road. Coffee and desserts are also available. The restaurant/café/bar might look somewhat disorganized, but the waiters are quick, and have sufficient control to ensure a prompt and correct service. We liked most of the many dishes we tried. We could not see the prices before ordering, but we had lunch there on four different days and the prices were always very modest. You can pay by credit card. We will like to go there again.
If you are going to choose from the on display, make sure you ask for the amount they will charge you. Even when you have a close look at the prices per portion and per etto (100g) they will charge you a very high set price. Good food but lack of honesty makes me never go back there again.
I have never written a bad review before but our experience here was really bad. It looked fun as we got there we were given a seat by a very nice waiter and then told to queue. Which we did. For about an hour there were 3 men serving none of them acknowledged us no eye contact at all. Every time it was our turn to be served an Italian woul walk in , jump the queue and get their lunch. At one point one of the men picked up 2 plates, looked at us, we started to ask for what we wanted and someone else came in , he put our plates down and served them. Followed by the next queue jumper at which point we left. The waiter was the only nice person he had kept coming up to the counter to ask that they serve us, but to no avail. All in all not a very nice experience. So zero rating for friendliness and service.
Voglio tornarci presto!!!
