A good morning starts in the morning... we wanted to try this pizzeria, but first and last time. I understand the 15 minute delay, but not the 3/4 of an hour. The pizzas were supposed to arrive at 8.00pm, I called at 8.15pm and they hadn't even started preparing them and instead of apologizing, I proposed to cancel the order. At 8.45pm the pizzas arrived and they even charged 1 euro for delivery. Lack of organization. Pizzas arrived very late. More than 1 HOUR AND A HALF late (from 9pm, pizza arrived at 10.45pm). I understand that it's Saturday, but if the pizzeria thinks it can't meet all the orders, it can also not accept them all, instead of still taking the money for inadequate service. I call twice with the number with which I had already called the first time to complain about the delay (after 1 hour) and when I call back after another half hour they don't answer until the third attempt when I call anonymously. However, I am grateful for the attempt to soothe me with the free Tomarchio orangeade but we don't drink it (we would have preferred Coca Cola, probably like everyone else). Mediocre pizza.
